Cold winter weather can be brutal on your skin.  More so, during the pandemic, you may find yourself washing the skin more often with harsh anti-baterial soaps. Taking a warm shower or bath can be comforting, but doing so will only exacerbate dryness and irritation. And for sufferers of severely dry skin, or worse, eczema, these factors can make things unbearable.




Add herbs to a pot of water (or inside a muslin bag) as if you're making a drinking tea. Next strain the herbs; leaving the tea and transfer into a glass jar or metal steel bowl. Allow bath tea to cool down before adding it to your bath.


You can discard the herbs and wash the muslin bag for future use.
